Samba Sauce
Ingredients Needed:
  • Pre-cooked seafood of choice
  • 250g unsalted butter
  • 1 whole head of fresh minced garlic (or desired amount)
DIRECTIONS:
(Serves 1-3)
1. Add 250g of butter into a pan on low/ medium heat.
2. Once the butter has melted add 1 whole minced garlic head and 30g of your seasoning and stir.
3. Allow the garlic to soften on low heat for 2-3 minutes
4. Remove sauce from the heat and place your prepared seafood into dish or boil bag.
5. Drizzle your mouth-watering sauce all over and enjoy!
